Our cuisine offers you a balanced diet with preference to fresh fruit, salads, raw vegetables, whole cereals and dishes that are sugar and fat-reduced.
We use natural vegetable oil, fish, lean meat, very little salts, fresh herbs and we offer dietary nutrition for diabetics and patients suffering from other diseases that require a strict diet. |
Our food comes straight from local farms and much of it is organically grown.
We prefer to use regional products from members of the local Farmer’s Association.
All menus are tuned to your specific nutrition requirements and therapy schedule in close collaboration with the doctors’ recommendations. |
